Mitad nostálgico y mitad irónico en donde el estado ficticio ya antes mencionado en algún libro de Ibargüengoitia, El plan de abajo, se empapa de un factor humano impredecible. Una mofa a la idiosincrasia atezada de chistes a base de diálogos conservadores. Al igual que en ‘Las muertas’ (Ibargüengoitia, 77) irónico pero más cercano y groseramente gracioso.
No puedo evitar remontarme al estilo de Gesualdo Bufalino, gracias a los elipsis de celebración cómica a nostalgia lograda con cierto contraste entre las grandes ideas intelectuales y el atavismo de una vida de provincias que el lector no puede leer sin sorprenderse una sonrisa en el rostro.
Transcribo un haiku de Yosa Buson que comulga perfecto con el libro:
